Hands-On Knife Skills

Knife Skills is our most popular class! This hands-on chopping session will have you mincing, slicing, and dicing vegetables and herbs like a pro. Knife care, sharpening and honing, and selection and manufacturing are also covered by our chef.

This class will also be available virtually for the students who are unable to join us in-person. Login from the comfort of your own home and see and hear the instructor as you participate and ask your questions via the chat feature in Zoom. Whether you choose to join us in-person or virtually, you'll be well on your way to chopping like a pro.
