In this intensively interactive 2-hour virtual class, our chef will teach you how to prepare sauces perfect for the cold weather that are loaded with culinary techniques designed to make your food pop at the dinner table. We’ll give you lots of serving suggestions for your sauces along the way, so you can put them to use in the coming weeks.
You can choose to make all of the items, or select the recipes you would like to cook along with your chef in real time. Either way, your chef will make sure all of your questions are answered during or after class.
