Looking for a fun and engaging activity for your kids this summer? Join us virtually as we teach your aspiring chefs essential culinary skills in our 3-day camp. Our camp will have your child and their chef instructor cooking together in real time, or if preferred, enjoy the class as an engaging demonstration with the flexibility to prepare the dishes at another time. Either way, your child will gain a full understanding of the techniques.
Upon registration, you will receive the recipe packet complete with a very detailed equipment list and class syllabi that outlines everything that we will cover each day and the flow of the class. If your child will be cooking along, we ask that all ingredients are procured and measured ahead of time to help the flow of the class, and your young chef must be supervised by an adult. Curriculum is designed for ages 8 and up.
Menu:
- Day 1: Ricotta Gnocchi with Basil Pesto
- Day 2: Assorted Sushi Maki Rolls and Steamed Edamame
- Day 3: Fish Tacos with Sweet Corn-Cilantro Salsa and Homemade Guacamole
