Join us for our most popular class…virtually!  Join our Chopping Block Chef in real time for a chopping session that’ll mincing, slicing, and dicing vegetables and herbs like a pro via Zoom. Knife care, selection, sharpening and honing are also covered.

Need to stock up on tools for this class? Pre-purchase your very own knife kit for curbside pickup at Lincoln Square on Thursday 2/11, Saturday 2/13 or Tuesday 2/16 from 3-5pm. The kit includes an 8-inch Shun chef’s knife, Epicurean cutting board, nonslip smart mat, MinoSharp Plus knife sharpener and a cut-resistant glove. Price reflects a 10% discount and includes tax.
