Broaden your palette of cooking techniques in this one-day immersion into vegetarian cooking. Join us as we explore flavors and ingredients from many cuisines as well as vegetarian proteins in this hands-on class. We’ll teach you how to create plate after plate of meatless deliciousness!

  • Lentil and Farro Soup with Kale
  • Root Vegetable and Mushroom "Shepherd's Pie"
  • Roasted Acorn Squash Stuffed with Gruyere Cheese Bread Pudding
  • Spiced Tempeh Tacos with Avocados and Pickled Onions 
  • Kung Pao Cauliflower with Steamed Basmati Rice

In this hands-on class, students will be paired in groups of three to five and work together as a team to prepare the recipes.
