Custards, the heavenly marriage between cream and eggs, result in some of the most irresistible and mouth-watering desserts. In this intensively interactive 2-hour virtual workshop, we’ll prepare three different types of custards including one set with eggs, one with gelatin and one with starch to give you a well-rounded education in custard fundamentals. We’ll dive into the science behind the three custards, so you can successfully prepare these creamy and decadent desserts every time.
You can choose to make all of the custards, or select the recipes you would like to cook along with your chef in real time. Either way, your chef will make sure all of your questions are answered during or after class. Please note that some of the custards will still need chill/set up time at the end of the class.
