Virtual Cook Along: Ramen Workshop

No crunchy noodles and flavor packets here! Learn the fine art of making ramen noodles from scratch, and how to prepare a delicious broth featuring Japan's most ubiquitous noodle in this virtual class. Join us in the comfort of your own home as our chef instructor virtually guides you through in this intensely interactive 2-hour virtual workshop.
Please note that having a pasta roller with a spaghetti cutting attachment for this class is an important tool in order to make successful ramen noodles at home. It’s also very important to complete the step of baking the baking soda prior to the class to make the ramen dough-instructions are included in the class packet, which will be provided upon registration.

We’ll provide you with the recipe packet, equipment list and class syllabus upon registration, so you’re prepared to get cooking! Our Zoom moderator will make sure your questions are answered live by the chef either during or after class.
