Having a pasta machine for this class is a necessary tool in order to make successful ramen noodles at home. Need to stock up on tools and ingredients for this class? Pre-purchase your very own ramen kit for curbside pickup at Lincoln Square on Wednesday and Thursday from 1-5pm, Friday from 12-4pm, or Saturday from 12-2pm. The kit includes a pasta machine, a Japanese mandolin, a Rosle brand ladle and two ramen bowls with chopsticks. Price reflects a 10% discount and includes tax.
