Hands-On Fiesta on the Grill

As if Mexican food isn't already muy caliente, come see what happens when we fire up the grill in this hands-on, outdoor class!
Grilling classes take place outdoors on our patio. In case of inclement weather, class will be moved indoors and taught as a hands-on cooking class with an emphasis on using indoor grill pans.

Menu:

  • Smoky Chipotle Guacamole with Grilled Avocados 
  • Wood-Fired Flank Steak Fajitas with Charred Peppers and Onions 
  • Grilled Corn Salad with Tomato, Lime and Queso Fresco 
  • Grilled Pineapple with Ice Cream and Citrus Caramel Sauce

  • Using smoking chips

In this hands-on class, students will be paired in groups of three to five and work together as a team to prepare the recipes.
