Who doesn’t love sitting outside in summertime enjoying a refreshing tippler of a cocktail that uses bright, seasonal fruit? Our spirits expert, Christophe Bakunas, certainly does, and he’s going to teach you formulas for dialing back the alcohol just a bit so you can enjoy a few before cooking dinner.
Christophe’s two favorites take a little prep work, but the syrups we’re making can be used for so much more, like adding to lemonade for a gorgeous mocktail, or drizzled over pancakes or waffles. Let’s get going!

To enhance your experience, order your 750ml bottles of Plantation 3 Stars Rum and Azunia Tequila Blanco for curbside pickup from The Chopping Block Lincoln Square on Wednesday through Friday from 12-5pm, or Saturday from 10-4pm.
Upon registration, you’ll receive the recipes and equipment list. You have the option to make the cocktails of your choice before class, with Christophe during class, or after class. It’s your happy hour!
