Virtual Cook Along: Tamale Workshop

If you love tamales as much as we do, then join us for an intensively interactive 2-hour virtual class where our chef will teach you how to make these bundles of goodness from scratch, a celebrated tradition of the holiday season in Latin culture. We’ll cover all of the basics, so you can feel confident in making these Latin specialties from the comfort of your own home.

Our Virtual Cook Along classes, via Zoom, will have you and your chef cooking together in real time. We’ll provide you with the recipe packet, equipment list and class syllabus upon registration, so you’re prepared to get cooking!
