Tuscan Feast Demonstration

Gather around our table and treat yourself to an evening full of rustic, hand-crafted Italian food while experiencing Italy's diverse culinary regions in this demonstration class. Generous tasting portions of each dish will be served.

• Maiale al Latte (Milk-Braised Pork Shoulder) with Creamy Polenta
• Ricotta Fritters with Powdered Sugar
