• Roasted Prime Rib with Cabernet Reduction
• Roasted Garlic, Artichoke and Fennel Bread Pudding
• Grilled Radicchio with Fig-Balsamic Glaze
• White Wine and Vanilla Poached Pears with Chocolate Sauce and Toasted Hazelnuts
