Hands-On Neapolitan Pizzeria: New Menu

Mamma Mia! In this hands-on class, you’ll master the art of creating authentic Neapolitan pizzas.
 
Menu:

• Arugula Salad with Chickpeas, Cucumbers and Parmesan with Red Wine Vinaigrette 
• Margherita (Tomato Sauce, Fresh Mozzarella and Basil) Pizza
• Roasted Red Pepper and Artichoke Pizza with Goat Cheese
• Prosciutto and Arugula White Pizza

Skills covered in class:

• Working with yeast dough
• Cooking on a pizza stone and using a pizza peel
• Making vinaigrette
• Balancing flavors
• Roasting peppers
• Selecting tomatoes
• Preparing tomato sauce

In this hands-on class, students will be paired in groups of three to five and work together as a team to prepare the recipes.
