Spirits expert, Christophe Bakunas, will break down sugar and acid within several classic cocktails, and you'll get a minute-by-minute personal experience in how they change, enhance or destroy your cocktail. This is a must class for the home bartender that wants to explore the nuances of structure and balance in their cocktails, and the perfect road map on how to customize
cocktails for your friends who have a different palate then your own.

To enhance your experience, we have created a well-rounded bar package for you featuring Citadelle Gin, Journeyman Rye, Plantation Xaymaca Rum and Mata Vermouth Blanca. Order all four 750ml bottles of high-quality spirits for curbside pickup from The Chopping Block Lincoln Square on Wednesday through Friday from 12-5pm, or Saturday from 10-4pm.
Upon registration, you’ll receive the recipes and equipment list. You have the option to make the cocktails of your choice before class, with Christophe during class, or after class. It’s your happy hour!
