Join spirits expert, Christophe Bakunas, as he discusses the world of sparkling wine and how it all began hundreds of years ago, and then dive into our bar to prepare seasonal and festive classic bubbly cocktails.
Each student will prepare:
- Classic French 75
- Air Mail (Rum, Lime and Honey)
- Bourbon-Apple Cider Mimosa
