Date Night Demo on the Patio: Fall Menu

Enjoy a romantic evening outdoors as our chef prepares a sumptuous feast for you and your date in this demonstration class. Generous tasting portions of each dish will be served. 

Menu:

• Kale Salad with Grill-Roasted Beets, Toasted Walnuts, Shaved Parmesan and Balsamic Vinaigrette
• Bourbon-Glazed Cedar-Planked Salmon
• Rosemary and Garlic Grill-Roasted Hasselback Sweet Potatoes
• Wood-Fired Pumpkin-Cinnamon Bread Pudding

We will prepare the dessert ahead of time for your enjoyment during class.

Grilling classes take place outdoors on our patio. If there is inclement weather, the class will be moved indoors.
