Virtual Cocktail Class: Sparkling Cocktails

You love Champagne, you love your Cava and Frizzante, so we’ve made a stunning class for you that brings in the festivities of sparkling wine combined with the freshness of a few amazing cocktails. Our spirits expert, Christophe Bakunas, will discuss the world of sparkling wine and how it all began hundreds of years ago. Dive into your home bar to shake and stir a few modern classics!

Upon registration, you’ll receive the recipes and equipment list. You have the option to make the cocktails before class, with Christophe during class, or after class. It’s your happy hour!

Our Virtual Cooking Demonstrations, via Zoom, are a fun opportunity to watch your chef in action. During class, your chef will teach you how to prepare the dishes while you observe and take notes. Our Zoom moderator will make sure your questions submitted through the chat option are answered during or after class. The recipe packet will be provided upon registration. Please note that some recipe steps may be prepared ahead due to the length of the class.
