Amy Klassman is a Chicago-based culinary dietitian that has worked in a number of healthcare, corporate and community settings. She believes that all foods can fit within reason into a lifestyle. Her goal as a dietitian is to teach individuals how food and nutrition can be friends, and how cooking can bring out the best of each of these worlds.
During class students will sample all the dishes prepared by the chef.
