Having a pasta machine for this class is highly recommended by our chef for a smooth experience. Need to stock up on tools and ingredients for this class? Pre-purchase your very own pasta kit for curbside pickup at Lincoln Square on Saturday 2/20, Tuesday 2/23 or Thursday 2/25 from 3-5pm. The kit includes an Atlas pasta machine with a cutter attachment, Le Creuset pasta pot, ravioli cutter, one 28-ounce can San Marzano tomatoes and a bag of semolina.
