Virtual Cocktail Class: Gin 101

A 500 year old, iconic spirit that is as satisfying as it is polarizing. But do you know what really defines gin? How it's made and why there are hundreds of styles? Join Christophe Bakunas our spirits expert, as he walks you through a prism of history from Holland to England to the USA. He’ll discuss the expansion of gin globally in the 19th and 20th century, and the gin revolution that has coincided with the micro distilling explosion in the US happening right now!

Upon registration, you’ll receive the recipes and equipment list. You have the option to make the cocktails before class, with Christophe during class, or after class. It’s your happy hour!

Our Virtual Cooking Demonstrations, via Zoom, are a fun opportunity to watch your chef in action. During class, your chef will teach you how to prepare the dishes while you observe and take notes. Our Zoom moderator will make sure your questions submitted through the chat option are answered during or after class. The recipe packet will be provided upon registration. Please note that some recipe steps may be prepared ahead due to the length of the class.
