Need to stock up on tools and ingredients for this class? Pre-purchase your very own sushi kit for curbside pickup at Lincoln Square on Tuesday 12/1 or Thursday 12/3 from 3-5pm. The kit includes a 5-pound bag of sushi rice, a rice paddle, a bamboo rolling mat, a bottle of soy sauce, wasabi powder, and a fun pair of sushi-themed socks. Price reflects a 10% discount and includes tax.

- Preparing and seasoning sushi rice
- Purchasing and handling sushi-grade fish

- Getting familiar with Japanese ingredients
Our virtual classes will have you and your chef instructor cooking together in real time, or if preferred, enjoy the class as an engaging demonstration with the flexibility to prepare the dishes at another time. Either way, you will gain a full understanding of the techniques. Upon registration, chose which option is best for you.
Upon signup you will receive the recipe packet complete with a very detailed equipment list and class syllabi that outlines the flow of the class. If you will be cooking along, we ask that all ingredients are procured and measured ahead of time to help the flow of the class.
Since our stores remain closed for COVID-19, we unfortunately cannot accept gift cards as form of payment for virtual classes at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience!
