Take a dive with spirits expert, Christophe Bakunas, back to the 17th century as we explore one of the most iconic categories of drinks created by the British Royal Navy that combines rum, spice, exotic fruits and bitters. We will make two punches during this class… the utmost classic punch created by Charles Dickens himself and a refreshing pineapple gimlet.
