We’ll make a fruit-filled pie and a chocolate tart, both baked to golden brown perfection in this intensely interactive 2-hour virtual workshop. We can’t think of a better way to spend our Sunday!
Price of the class includes 1 recipe (2 disks) of pie dough needed for the class that’s available for curbside pickup at Lincoln Square on Friday 3/12 from 12-4pm or Saturday 3/13 from 12-2pm. We’ll be making pie dough in the class, but because it needs ample time to chill, we would like you to have a batch of dough ready to go before class. If you’re unable to swing by and pick up your dough, please make a batch a day before class. See the recipe and video link included in your recipe packet for step-by-step instructions.
Need to stock up on tools and ingredients for this class? Pre-purchase your very own pie and tart kit for curbside pickup at Lincoln Square on Wednesday and Thursday from 1-5pm, Friday from 12-4pm, or Saturday from 12-2pm. The kit includes 9-inch Emile Henry pie dish, a tart pan with removable bottom, metal pie chain, a pastry blender, and a jar of fine sea salt. Price reflects a 10% discount and includes tax.

We’ll provide you with the recipe packet, equipment list and class syllabus upon registration, so you’re prepared to get cooking!
