Hands-On Family Night: Trip to Spain

Bring the whole gang and join us for a hands-on family class! Transport yourself to sunny Spain and have fun preparing a feast inspired by Spanish cuisine and culture. This hands-on class is designed for children ages 6 and older to cook with their parents, families or guardians.

Menu:

• Baked Goat Cheese with Tomato Sauce
• Bacon-Wrapped Dates with Balsamic Glaze
• Paella with Shrimp and Chorizo 
• Churros with Cinnamon and Sugar

Skills covered in class:

• Getting familiar with Spanish ingredients and cuisine
• Preparing tomato sauce
• Working with fresh herbs and spices
• Selecting shrimp
• Working with arborio rice
• Making pâte à choux
• Deep frying 

In this hands-on class, students will be paired in groups of three to five and work together as a team to prepare the recipes.
