Menu:

  • Getting familiar with Caribbean cuisine and ingredients
  • Selecting and cutting avocados
  • Making vinaigrette
  • Balancing flavors
  • Selecting chicken
  • Working with fresh herbs and spices
  • Steaming rice
  • Making and baking custard 

In this hands-on class, students will be paired in groups of three to five and work together as a team to prepare the recipes.
