Steakhouse Demo on the Patio: Fall Menu

Sizzling, thick and juicy, Chicago steak is famed the world over. Join us as we take the classic steakhouse formula al fresco! Learn how to prepare an iconic steakhouse dinner on the grill in this demonstration class on our patio. Generous tasting portions of each dish will be served.

• Grilled Brussels Sprouts Salad with Apples, Almonds and Balsamic
• Grilled Strip Steaks with Herb Compound Butter
• Twice-Baked Potatoes on the Grill
• Wood-Fired Apple-Cranberry Crisp with Whipped Cream

We will prepare the dessert ahead of time for your enjoyment during class.

Grilling classes take place outdoors on our patio. If there is inclement weather, the class will be moved indoors.
