Blind Wine Tasting: Expand Your Wine Knowledge

A blind wine tasting is a great way to expand your wine knowledge, become more confident in identifying classic varietals and to have fun! Our sommelier, Christophe, will teach you how to analyze wines with sight, smell and taste, and to identify the variety of compounds that contribute to a wine's complex aroma. Additionally, you'll learn to suspend your prejudgments of what wines are good or bad, and how to discern quality wines from flawed wines. During class, you'll blind taste 5 different wines for a fun and eye-opening experience.
