Virtual Sparkling Cocktails

You love Champagne and you love your Cava and Prosecco, so we’ve made a stunning virtual class for you that brings together the festivities of sparkling wine combined with fresh and seasonal cocktails. Join spirits expert, Christophe, Bakunas, as he discusses the world of sparkling wine and how it all began hundreds of years ago, and then dive into our bar to shake modern and a classic cocktails.

You can choose to join this demonstration class virtually from the comfort of your own home where you'll be able to see and hear the instructor and ask your questions via the chat feature in Zoom. Or, experience this hands-on class in person in our state-of-the-art kitchen at the Merchandise Mart: Sign up here. To enhance your experience, order your 750ml bottle of Liberator Gin and 750ml bottle of Adami Prosecco from Italy for pickup from The Chopping Block Lincoln Square on Wednesday through Friday from 12-5pm, or Saturday from 10am-4pm.

Upon registration, you’ll receive the recipes and equipment list. You have the option to make the cocktails of your choice before class, with Christophe during class, or after class. It’s your happy hour!

Our virtual cocktail classes, via Zoom, are a fun opportunity to watch your spirits expert in action. Our Zoom moderator will make sure your questions submitted through the chat option are answered during or after class.
