Virtual Cocktails: Punch Party

Today we think of punch as a summertime non-alcoholic sipper, but its origins are far more fascinating. Take a dive with spirits expert, Christophe Bakunas, back to the 17th century as we explore one of the most iconic categories of drinks created by the British Royal Navy that combines spirits, spice, exotic fruits and bitters. We will make two punches during this class... a refreshing pineapple gimlet and a hyper-margarita punch called South of the Border.
