Holiday Cookie Boot Camp

Leave the planning to us and come bake all of your holiday cookies in our kitchen! Mix, bake and decorate four different cookies and one no-bake confection. You'll leave with plenty to share with friends and family!

• Chocolate, Cherry & Pistachio Thumbprints
• Red Velvet Crinkles
• Peanut Butter Fudge

Skills covered in class:

• Making and shaping cookie dough
• Determining cookie doneness
• Selecting and working with chocolate
• Working with puff pastry
• Using spices

Students must be 16 years or older to attend.

 In this hands-on class, students will be paired in groups of three to five and work together as a team to prepare the recipes.
