It's a fact… we all struggle to stay the healthy course, and the constant temptations are a real challenge. Amy Klassman is a Chicago-based culinary dietitian that has worked in a number of healthcare, corporate and community settings. She believes that all foods can fit within reason into a lifestyle. Her goal as a dietitian is to teach individuals how food and nutrition can be friends, and how cooking can bring out the best of each of these worlds.
