Hands-On Family Brunch

Bring the whole gang and join us for a hands-on family class where children and adults will work together to prepare and enjoy a fabulous feast perfect for Mother’s Day. This class is designed for children ages 6 and older to cook with their parents, families or guardians.

Menu:

• Blueberry Scones- will be prepared in advance by your chef and served upon arrival
• Spinach-Cheddar Frittata
• Brioche-Cinnamon French Toast with Banana-Brown Sugar Sauce
• Crispy Maple and Black Pepper Bacon
• Lemon Tartlets with Raspberries

• Working with dark leafy greens
• Egg cookery
• Determining egg doneness
• Making and baking custard
• Griddling
• Cooking fruit
• Baking bacon
• Whipping cream

In this hands-on class, students will be paired in groups of three to five and work together as a team to prepare the recipes.
