Virtual Celebration of Bubbles for Mother's Day

It’s time to toast to the Moms on this Mother’s Day! Whether you’re celebrating together or apart, join us for a virtual convivial wine tasting celebrating all that sparkles with Mary Ross, Advanced Sommelier. Mary's seminar will cover “the night they invented Champagne” and the world’s other prominent bubblies. The virtual tasting will cover 3 sparkling wines, including Champagne with the option to prepare a French 75.

To enhance your experience, we recommend you’re tasting the same wines with Mary Ross during class. Order your three 750ml bottles of bubbles for curbside pickup from The Chopping Block Lincoln Square on Wednesday through Friday from 12-5pm or Saturday from 10am-4pm. 

Wines Featured in Class:

• Brut Rosé, Gruet, New Mexico, USA, NV
• Montaudon Brut, Champagne, France, NV
• Moscato d’Asti, Sarraco, Piedmont, Italy, 2019

If you’re unable to pick up the wines from TCB, we recommend you procure bottles featuring the same region and grape. This includes:

• Brut Rose or Blanc de Noirs from USA
• Champagne from France
• Moscato d’Asti from Piedmont, Italy

Our virtual tastings, via Zoom, are a fun opportunity to watch your sommelier in action. Our Zoom moderator will make sure your questions submitted through the chat option are answered during or  after class. The tasting packet will be provided upon registration.
