Learn how to make sushi from scratch as our chef virtually guides you through the all of the essential sushi-making techniques, ingredients and tools in this 2-hour intensively interactive cook along. With our chef’s helpful hints and tips along the way (and a little practice), you will learn how easy it really is to make sushi in your own kitchen.
You can enhance your virtual experience by purchasing the same highest seafood our chef will be working with. We are teaming up with local favorite seafood purveyor, Wabash Seafood, to help bring you the best quality salmon and tuna around for your homemade sushi. Pre-purchase two 8-ounce fresh salmon fillets and a 10-to 12-ounce frozen tuna saku block no later than 4/28 for curbside pickup at Lincoln Square on Saturday, 5/1 from 10am-4pm.

Our Virtual Cook Along classes, via Zoom, will have you and your chef cooking together in real time. We’ll provide you with the recipe packet, equipment list and class syllabus upon registration, so you’re prepared to get cooking! Our Zoom moderator will make sure your questions are answered live by the chef either during or after class.
