Hands-On Ramen Workshop

No crunchy noodles and flavor packets here! Learn the fine art of making ramen noodles from scratch, and how to prepare a delicious bowl of soup featuring Japan's most ubiquitous noodle in this hands-on class.

• Homemade Ramen Noodles
• Ramen Noodles in Miso-Soy Broth with Chashu (Soy and Sake) Pork, Carrots, Bok Choy and Egg 
  

Skills covered in class:

• Making fresh ramen noodles
• Using a pasta roller
• Getting familiar with Asian ingredients
• Working with miso paste
• Cooking eggs
• Selecting and roasting pork  

In this hands-on class, students will be paired in groups of three to five and work together as a team to prepare the recipes.
