Sizzling, thick and juicy, Chicago steak is famed the world over. Join us as we take the classic steakhouse formula and prepare an iconic dinner in this hands-on class. 
Menu: 

  • Sautéed Beef Tenderloin Steaks with Herb Compound Butter 
  • Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Parmesan and Breadcrumbs  
  • Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes
  • Vanilla Cheesecake Bars with Raspberry Sauce

  • Making compound butter
  • Roasting green vegetables
  • Selecting potatoes 
  • Making cookie crusts
  • Making and baking custard

In this hands-on class, students will be paired in groups of three to five and work together as a team to prepare the recipes.
