Beef on the Grill

Get some great tips on marinating, grilling and saucing meats to perfection to satisfy your favorite meat lover. Our chef will take you on an international journey of grilled meat preparations from around the world in this demonstration class. Generous tasting portions of each dish will be served. 

Menu:

  • Chili-Lime Rubbed Grilled Hanger Steak with Chipotle Butter and Grilled Elotes (Grilled Corn with Parmesan Cheese and Lime)
  • BLT Burgers (Bacon, Arugula and Sun-Dried Tomato Aioli) with Grilled Sweet Potatoes
  • Korean Barbeque Beef Tenderloin Skewers with Sweet and Spicy Cucumber Salad

October is health awareness month, and we’re partnering with the American Cancer Society. You can choose to make a donation to this nationwide, community-based voluntary health organization dedicated to eliminating cancer as a major health problem, saving lives, celebrating lives, and leading the fight for a world without cancer. All of the donations will go directly to the organization. 

Grilling classes take place outdoors on our patio, so dress warmly. Our patio is equipped with heaters to keep you comfortable, but if there is inclement weather the class will be moved indoors.
