Hands-On ¡Feliz Navidad!

Join us for a fun hands-on class celebrating the festive, bright and bold flavors south of the border.
 
Menu: 

• Queso Fundido with Tortilla Chips  
• Chili-Lime Rubbed Grilled Flank Steak with Chipotle Butter
• Mexican Rice and Beans with Sautéed Poblano Peppers
• Tres Leches Bread Pudding with Citrus Caramel Sauce

• Balancing flavors
• Working with fresh herbs and spices
• Selecting and grilling beef
• Determining beef doneness
• Making compound butter
• Steaming rice
• Making and baking custard

In this hands-on class, students will be paired in groups of three to five and work together as a team to prepare the recipes.
