Take your knife skills to the next level while learning cooking techniques and preparing delicious recipes! In this technique-focused class, you'll learn how to successfully clean and properly cut challenging fruits and vegetables that you might otherwise shy away from, including: pineapple, sweet potatoes, fennel, tomatoes, segmenting oranges and avocados. Additionally, our chef will demonstrate how to cut a butternut squash and mango during class. You'll sit down at the end of class, and enjoy your handiwork.
Our Knife Skills class is not a prerequisite, but is recommended.
