Join us for a hands-on cooking experience where you'll explore the unique techniques and ingredients that define Peruvian cuisine, a reflection of Peru’s rich cultural history as a melting pot of Incan traditions and global influences. Learn how to prepare traditional dishes that showcase the bold spices and fresh produce of South America, while embracing the time-honored cooking methods that make this cuisine truly unique.
 
Menu:

• Classic Peruvian Ceviche with Fish, Shrimp and Squid 
• Lomo Saltado (Beef Stir Fry with Peppers and Onions)
• Solterito Salad (Lima Beans, Tomatoes and Olives with Aji Amarillo-Lime Vinaigrette) 
• Papas Asadas Peruanas (Spice Roasted Potatoes)
