We love grain bowls because they are hearty and customizable meals comprised of various whole grains, vegetables, garnishes, proteins and sauces to complement. Ingredients can be mixed and matched to your liking, and they can be enjoyed for breakfast, lunch or dinner! In this hands-on class, we’ll teach you how to cook different grains, how to prepare vegetables in a variety of ways, how to successfully cook proteins and how to make three distinct varieties of dressings. Come learn a multitude of cooking techniques and have fun building your customized grain bowl!
