We welcome kids ages 7 to 11 to join us for a five-day camp, featuring hands-on cooking, learning and lots of eating! We will focus on cuisines and ingredients from coast to coast, while learning how to follow recipes, understanding classic techniques, presentation, working cleanly and safely in the kitchen, and exploring new foods and flavors. All recipes will be measured ahead of time so we can focus on the techniques, but proper measuring practices will be covered in class.

Day 2: The South
Day 3: Hawaii
Day 4: Midwest
Day 5: East Coast
In this hands-on class, students will be paired in groups of four and work together as a team to prepare the recipes.
