• Steak au Poivre (Beef Tenderloin Fillets) with Red Wine-Truffle Reduction
• Potato Dauphinoise  
• Roasted Shallots and Haricot Verts Almondine 
• Dark Chocolate-Frangelico Mousse

In this hands-on class, students will be paired in groups of three to five and work together as a team to prepare the recipes.
