Hands-On Gourmet Grilling Made Easy

Unleash your inner grill master and elevate your grilling skills in this hands-on class! With a few simple grilling techniques and creative flavor combinations, you’ll learn how to create a gourmet meal that will impress friends and family. Grilling classes take place outdoors on our patio. In case of inclement weather, class will be moved indoors and taught as a hands-on cooking class with an emphasis on using indoor grill pans.
 
Menu:

• Grilled Pizza with Za’atar-Spiced Zucchini, Red Onions and Feta 
• BLT Salad with Grilled Baby Artichokes, Wood-Fired Tomato Vinaigrette, Arugula, Bacon and Parmesan 
• Grilled Shrimp and Orzo Pasta with Charred Scallion-Shallot Relish, Lemon and Olives   
• Grill-Roasted Cumin and Garlic Meatballs with Cucumber-Yogurt Sauce

• Grilling with cast iron
• Shaping and grilling pizza dough
• Grilling vegetables
• Working with fresh herbs and spices
• Preparing vinaigrette
• Balancing flavors
• Selecting and grilling shellfish
• Roasting peppers
• Selecting ground meat
• Making yogurt sauces

In this hands-on class, students will be paired in groups of three to five and work together as a team to prepare the recipes.
