Hands-On Date Night: Summer Dinner Party

Bring a date and prepare a fresh feast featuring the seasonal bounty of summer in this hands-on class!

Menu:

• Sweet Corn Fritters with Lemon-Herb Yogurt Sauce 
• Grilled Salmon with Arugula-Basil Pesto 
• Panzanella Salad with Tomatoes, Cucumber and Basil
• Plum-Almond Cake with Vanilla Whipped Cream
