Our expert pastry chef will guide you through every step of the technique as you learn and practice how to make three different, delicious varieties in this hands-on class. • Selecting chocolate 
• Whipping egg whites 
• Using a piping bag 
• Caramelizing sugar 
• Making ganache

In this hands-on class, students will be paired in groups of three to five and work together as a team to prepare the recipes.
