Hands-On Al Fresco Appetizers on the Patio

Join us on our outdoor patio as we grill up an assortment of Italian appetizers in this hands-on class. From grilled vegetables to shrimp to flatbread, we’ll teach you the skills necessary to prepare recipes that taste and look amazing. Grilling classes take place outdoors on our patio. In case of inclement weather, class will be moved indoors and taught as a hands-on cooking class with an emphasis on using indoor grill pans.
 
Menu: 

• Grilled Flatbread with Fennel, Artichokes and Goat Cheese 
• Grilled Caponata (Eggplant, Onion and Roasted Pepper) Bruschetta
• Shrimp Scampi Skewers with Arugula-Tomato Salad 
• Grilled Melon-Wrapped Prosciutto with Balsamic Drizzle

• How to set up your grill
• Shaping and grilling yeast dough
• Grilling fruits, vegetables and bread
• Roasting peppers
• Balancing flavors
• Working with fresh herbs
• Selecting and grilling shrimp

In this hands-on class, students will be paired in groups of three to five and work together as a team to prepare the recipes.
