Enjoy a hands-on vegetarian meal featuring vibrant and flavorful ingredients of the Middle East. You’ll learn about the essential spices, herbs, grains and produce that define the cuisine of this diverse region.

Menu:

• Roasted Red Pepper Hummus with Homemade Pita Chips
• Falafel-Bulgur Burgers with Tzatziki Sauce
• Roasted Carrot and Fennel Salad with Feta and Harissa Vinaigrette
• Orange-Saffron Panna Cotta

• Working with fresh herbs and spices

• Griddling
• Balancing flavors
• Making yogurt sauces and vinaigrettes

In this hands-on class, students will be paired in groups of three to five and work together as a team to prepare the recipes.
