Add the wow! factor to your next BBQ by practicing the proven techniques of pairing wine with grilled dishes. We’ll mix-&-match 5 wines with 3 dishes, to answer questions like “Will it really matter what wine I serve with food?” “Can I serve wine with dessert?” and “What does ‘red wine with meat’ really mean?” Join Advanced Sommelier Mary Ross to test the “rules” of wine and food and decide on rules of your own in this fun and delicious class, suitable for all lovers of good wine and food! One of our talented chef instructors will be cooking up a grilled feast specifically designed to pair perfectly with the selected wines. Generous tasting portions of each dish will be served. Grilling classes take place outdoors on our patio. In case of inclement weather, class will be moved indoors and taught as a hands-on cooking class with an emphasis on using indoor grill pans.
